Our client, A Middle East based diversified investments holding company, listed in the Securities Exchange, is seeking to recruit M& A Analysts and Associates to join their M&A team in Abu Dhabi. The holding company interests are in aircraft and other big-ticket asset leasing, maritime, land development and financial services.



Responsibilities:


• Deal structuring and all other aspects of execution on live deals.
• Manage key accounts and drive to progress quickly within the team.
• Heavy involvement in every part of the origination and execution transactions.
• Process M&A transactions with a growing deal flow and competitive re-numeration.
• Carry out financial modelling as well as financial due diligence during deal origination.



Requirements:


• Excellent academic profile undergraduate degree combined with an executive MBA achieved from one of the top ten business schools.
• At least 5 years of experience of working in a Mergers and Acquisitions team, ideally for a reputable investment holding company in the GCC.
• Excellent financial modelling skills and execution experience.
